What is this nonsense about SNP MPs voting no confidence on Cameron "betraying the will of the British people"?

The Conservative and Unionist Party favours the union. Therefore, they favour the continued involvement of Scottish MPs in our political system. It's nonsense to then turn around and say those MPs are somehow illegitimate and have no right to vote down in a confidence motion a party they despise.

If Labour + SNP = > 325, then Labour will be sitting on the Treasury benches and Cameron will have to call the moving van. Thems the rules, and all the hysteria and whining and gnashing of the teeth won't change that. It just makes the Tories sound like sore losers, and disingenuous about their proclaimed unionism to boot

And then there's this video from the Conservatives, blatantly xenophobic bilge which shows Miliband dancing a Scottish jig and treats the electorates like idiots. Still, it's pretty funny and it makes the Conservatives look desperate.

In practice, people are going to care far less about a confidence and supply arrangement than hysterical Tory columnists seem to believe. The're so used to their right-wing circle-jerk echo chamber that they've mistaken their own extremist views for those of the general public
