SOAS or Exeter for International Relations? Watch
mixed cultural environment
emphasis on the middle east (which is what I'm interested in)
really interesting course content
it's in London, where I live now
BUT it isn't recognised that much. most people haven't even heard of it.
pros of exeter:
very good reputation (?)
high ranking in politics league tables
really lovely campus (went to visit last weekend and it was so green/airy/sunny)
fairly interesting course content, BUT it strikes me as very 'pro west'..? that might be just me though. Also, its very far away lol. Also doesn't have a very diverse cultural environment, which isn't ideal for a course such as IR.
thoughts..? I'm really struggling! P.S I'm 21 so technically a mature student.
