To look at it's clearly of the form (Zb - Yc)(Xb - Wc), ZX has to be 7 and WY has to be 1, the only numbers which multiply together to make 7 are 7, 1 and -7, -1 so take your pick of that and the rest follows to get (7b - c)(b - c)
