Besides the conventional way of attending English classes,I'll say watch dramas which interest you that has English subtitles, then make an effort to read them. A better way would be if the drama is a language which you cannot at all comprehend, thus the NEED for english subtitles. I find this a good way of learning conversational English.

Or maybe, pick up a novel in English which interest you.

Speaking? or Reading? Or Writing?

For the first two skills CrunchyCastleto is right - watch plenty of TV (drama) with subtitles. Otherwise, for writing ... well, how bout the good ol' traditional way of copying out passages or indulging in plenty of reading?

Then, if you want to improve your coherency and academic English, I recommend you go here and ask for some sessions. Use their contact form. They give lots of help with written academic and critical writing skills. I improved with them far more than with my own teacher. Good luck!
