symptoms.........

Was just wondering if anyone one on here had had these symptoms?
Okay first i get really dizzy - its like the room is spinning. Apparently then i dont really remember this but i'll speak complete rubbish and wonder around. Then next thing i remember is bieng confused and disorientated. Ive been told that my eyes roll back aswell. Lasts about 20ish minutes from dizziness to completely fine. Ive defo freaked some peopleout by doing this.

It's a Sunday so phone NHS direct and talk to them, and book an appointment with your GP tomorrow. No one can diagnose you over the internet.

Go and see your GP. It does sound similar to epilepsy, but might not be. My sister went through a phase of symptoms similar to what you've described a few years ago, and now she's fine. She had to have quite a few scans at the hospital though so it's important you go to your GP asap to rule out anything serious.

Well to be honest its been going on for years. Sometimes it gets bad and i collapse other times its just as described - its got really bad just lately. The docs told me i was depressed and gave me some tablets (citalopram then prozac) which now give me a headache and i think they may have made things even worse. Im confused!!

It sounds as though you suffer from epilepsy, and are having dissociative "absence" seizures (used to be known as "petit mal"). That's the kind of thing you'll see in a classroom where a child is just staring at a wall for a period of time with absolutely no reaction to the outside world. It actually happens to a small extent to all of us, but it's worse in some people. See a GP as soon as possible - don't drive or operate any heavy machinery until you've been checked and have some preventative measures.

By the way I'm not a doctor or anything, just a lifeguard/first aider etc, see a doctor :p:
