I've just been told- 4 DAYS before my performance, that is!- that my A2 performance programme is the wrong difficulty! I'm doing vocal and out of the four pieces that I'm doing, one of them is grade 4 and one of them is grade 5 according to the edexcel list (but used to be grade 7/8 according to my vocal teacher.) The others are grade 6ish and grade 7.

Should I learn a new song or stick with what I've got? I need at least a B and I'm getting really anxious. PLEASE HELP!

It's much better to play something that's technically easier with great fluency than to learn something difficult a few days before an assessment and flunk it. At least with AQA, there's just 4 out of 60 (I think) marks for difficulty.

It's similar with other boards. I'd stick with what you know and make sure they're polished.
