Can someone help me with functions? like f(x) I don't get ANY of it

Well, I understand subbing numbers into x but the rest is bare hard init

What don't you exactly get? Functions is a fairly big topic you know

I know right!
But its the functions on a graph,
I did a test last week and it was the last question.
Do you know any websites or links to help - you might be able to help me lol

If this is just for GCSE, then this page may be useful: http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/gcsebit...onhirev1.shtml

It may seem simple but it really broke it down when I was teaching a student a similar topic

What exactly was the question asking about in terms of functions on a graph? Any area in particular in that question you struggled with like finding the range of values for a given domain etc.?
