Before you guys say "use google!" well I did but its very contradictory, I get either 0.1nm or 0.2nm....which one?

It depends whether it is an SEM or a TEM, and different makes will most likely vary anyway. If you have something quoted in your exam board's text book, you should use that one. Having said this, my OCR textbook quotes both 0.1 and 0.2 nm on the same page, so I think either would probably get you the mark. If not, see if you can find a past paper where this has been asked, and look what the mark scheme says. I'm sorry this isn't a very definitive answer.

My textbook (as above, I'm with OCR) is 0.2 nm
