hi, due to exams/revision/college i haven't been able to exercise outside, hence i began to do things such as running on the spot, squats , star jumps etc. Am i correct in assuming that these activities qualify as vigorous physical activities. keep in mind i do them altogether for about 15-20 mins a day.

They are vigorous activities if you're giving 100%

If you're doing this for 20 minutes a day that's fabulous.

Make sure your diet is super healthy. (Maybe use MyFitnessPal)

and if you have time skim through this, it's honestly so informative and you will learn a lot! http://simplesciencefitness.com/
