I don't think this is even satire...

Why can't we live in a country where people aren't judged because of the colour of their skin or what genitals they possess?

Removing the right of people to stand for election, and limiting who people can vote for, virtually fascism.

No wonder they chose to be anonymous, sexist, racist and downright nuts. Triple Whammy of insanity.

Clearly they don't understand what democratically elected means.

What a ******* joke. And the worst part is they're probably sitting back congratulating themselves on being 'progressive' despite their disgusting display of racism and sexism.

I really hope this is an attempt at satire or trolling. Unfortunately, I suspect it isn't either of those things.

The author is a ******* idiot and is virulently racist and sexist. And they won't even put their name to what they write. I thought some of the Guardian's articles were a bit nutty but this is on a whole new level.

Why are students, the educated class, increasingly the dumbest people in society?

I agree 100% with the article, the best to break down the systematic oppression of PoC is to give PoC more represenation in our institutions. (this goes for women and muslims too).
You're joking right?

NOTE: I archived the article

Such a shame to see the racist editors of the independent remove it.
Giving opportunities to PoC is not, and will never be, the same thing as banning certain factions from contesting elections (which is a textbook definition of fascism).

It's a fake account. Google its avatar and you will see.
A "Pansexual, socialist, feminist, Muslim"? Obvious troll is obvious.

Elected positions should be representative of the countries' demographics: majority of white, middle-class British males and females with ethnic and sexual minorities holding positions relevant to them.

Never bother looking at people's profiles tbh. I am rather lazy.

White people don't even have a future in their own homeland

Being White is a crime these days, yet we're called privileged LOL

I noticed there was a White pride rally in Manchester, guess all the anti-racist, anti-fascist groups came out to tell White people you should feel bad about being White.

So you're in favour of not only female quotas but also race quotas and sexuality quotas?

Surely there are rules meaning they can't actually enforce such ideas.

You don't give certain people opportunities based on their gender or skin colour, it is sexist and racist, and in my opinion patronising to the people who recieve it. Representation should come from whoever is best suited for the job, skin colour and gender are irrelevant.
