They are too busy queuing up at midnight to buy video games, and spending hundreds of hours playing them,

than to vote.

That's the real problem, they have their priorities wrong

Well that's a pretty wild statement I'm assuming you have nothing to base this on?

Why is entertainment not as important as politics?

What is power if we have nothing to live for?

If you want your peers to vote go and encourage them now. It only takes 2 mins to sign up. You have 3 weeks left to convince them. Set up a table near the main college entrance and convince people to sign up there and then.

Right so because as you can see in the photo there are a few hundred if that young people queuing up to buy a game, means they have absolutely no interest in politics?

And they also represent the majority of young people?

Because the country has been (and most likely always will be) run by a bunch of dogmatic, cliquey, self-centred old men who have a very outdated view of the world which could not be more removed from the reality.
In addition, if I don't want to buy a product from a shop, then I don't buy it.
So why would I vote for a party that represents me when there isn't one?

Any more questions?

Actually they shouldn't vote.

I don't want people voting who know about politics for about 2 weeks based off a few debates on TV

I'd rather young people vote than you. You're so ignorant it hurts.

Seriously.

Given that the majority of UKIP supporters are older with 46% of voters over 50 (https://yougov.co.uk/news/2013/03/05...s-ukip-voters/)
I hope these people who watch a few debates on TV get involved.

Your ageism is horrific

I don't vote because I don't support any of the current options. I have major problems with all the parties and there isn't even a "least worst" option available for me.
