I had my chem isa this week and im almost certain ive lost enough marks to even dream about getting a C. Is it still possible to achieve a decent grade overall?

Yes, Everything is possible. Was this an AS ISA?

If it makes you feel better, I thought I'd failed my AS empa and got full marks, plus you can get a U in an empa and still get an A overall because its only 20% of the overall grade

Also in my experience, the people who were over confident about how their empa went tended to do worse than those who thought theirs went badly!
