Angry at people...

Lately I've been getting uber angry at people. I basically have no idea why, but I just can't stop myself having a go at them when they annoy me.

I'm just sick of the crap they spout, and I find myself getting reeeeeeeeeeally angry inside. It's not healthy, and I can't think of anything that's triggered it. My hormones don't usually go this mad.

Think it'll pass soon?

I think you answered your own question, maybe they been like this for awhile but its not bothered you at first??? what crap do they spout anyway??
If you got nothing stressfull going on then yes it will pass, have you changed your sleeping habits or work load at all recentley???

But some of them are my good friends, who i've been friends with ages, and haven't bothered me previously. Aghh.

Sleeping habits haven't really changed but could do with being better. Work load is as hectic as ever.

If it's hormones I wish they'd **** off :frown:

Hormones and work load could be a combination then. Try and do something that helps you relax when you have some spare time

Have you been really stressed out recently? Or are you spending more time with them than you did before? If you spend an excessive amount of time with people, they do tend to start getting on your nerves.

Come to think of it, it's only with the people that have told me they like me of late. And it's not reciprocated. I dunno why that gets me angry but it does.

mayb you feel uncomfortable about them liking you and your using your anger subconsciously as a way to ward it off

I think you are suffering from a personal problem and are therefore taking it out on the people around you. Discover what the catalyst is and do something about it before you end up losing friends, good luck
