After I sat 6 papers in one day this year, I don't think I could help but choose EdExcel.

The server should be fine now This one has been up for 28 days solid, whilst another of our servers has been up for 140 days. Sorry about the earlier downtime - the UK-Learning server was switching hosting companies.

The way it always rains when i blow dry my hair

wen i really want the phone to ring it doesn't (or at least not until i'm not there to answer it) + when i just want a bit of peace and quiet it doesn't ever stop.

Wen i look nice i don't see anyone cute, but when i'm hung-over etc. i see anyone i've ever fancied

the way that when i work extra hours i end up spending more money without realising instead of saving it.

The way i can't read my boyfriend's mind, even though he can always tell what i'm thinking (that's just unfair)

Hello! I jest voted on this poll thingy for "server down" and what happened? THE SERVER WENT DOWN !!!! only just been able to get back on. Oh well.
Another thing i was going to vote for as the most annoying thing was the Pub across the road playing very loud music until daft hours of the morning like 1am when you have an exam the following day.
Oh well

Nice One!!

However, everyone thinks I am in year 7 but I'm in year 11!

This is because I am 4ft 9in tall. But there are two teachers at school shorter than ME!! One is 4ft 7in and the other 4ft 4in (he is tiny!!)

I don't care about my height except

- Can't buy/see a 15 video/film without someone asking for my proof of age

- Can't reach for things high up

- Can't buy nice trousers because they are toooo long

- Get headache from lookng at my friends (even the ones younger that me!)

- Can't go on decent rides at Alton Towers etc

- The nickname 'Midget'

- People know when you have danduff (don't have luckly)

- Easy Prey for Bullies (Though I have found telling them I'm a prefect is working - I'm not though)

- Do you want any more reasons?

Being short is very annoying!!!

Edexcel this summer, they have had a nightmare, and probably will do come results, and in years to come until they are stopped. However, one bright point was the comedic way my Exams Officer read out their erratum notice for the Geog Synoptic - a single letter error, Pipline rather than Pipeline, but there was a whole feeling of inevitability to its arrival.

OCR also did a comedic erratum notice for my maths paper.

On the first page, there were 3 parts but the answer boxes were labelled 1a) 1b) and 1d). 10 mins it took for everyone to correct the error. What a waste!

But I feel sorry for my best friends. The WJEC English Lit (Higher Tier) paper was missing the main part of the unseen poem they had to write an essay on. Half of them wrote stuff about the poem not finishing properly to confuse the reader but really it did - just WJEC messed up. 25,0000 papers although, I think, were affected.

i agree, but there are advantages.

1) i get to buy cheep trainers .... and i still fit into ones with velcro.. which is just way cooler then laces!

2) everyone thinks your so cute that when you go out they all wanna buy you drinks. (although u do need id to get in coz no1 belives im old enough, which im not, but never mind, id still works)

3) travelling is ok coz you have plenty of leg room, except i find planes annoying coz i cant reach the floor and my legs dangling 4 a couple of hours is tiering, but can easily b solved by putting a bag under my feet and resting my feet on that.

4) never having to duck under doors/low stuff.

5) when you fall its not far so you dont hurt yourself as much

6 ) um ...

Plus short people can always get child bus tickets/train tickets/everything which will probably save them a hell of a lot in their lifetime.

Totally agree with Bones about the year seven problem. Back in my day ( all 7 years ago of it ) We were scared of sixth formers and generally avoided confrontation. Now they couldn't give a crap. Sorry to sound like a gran but kids today have no respect and society is going downhill yadiyada......

i totally agree + i agree on the whole trouser thing as well- my mum says she'll take them up for me, but by the time it happens, it's the wrong weather for the trousers... + cropped trousers just look stupid...

but it is excellent paying cheap fares on the bus/train....tis v funny cos my bf is younger than me + he hasn't been able to get away with half fares for ages because they didn't believe he was young enough...that made me feel guilty because i'd paid less, but i got over it...

another rubbish thing about being short is all my lad friends are all like 'awwww, she's sooooo small + cute' + then hug me + squish me- but i do get the free drinks when out : )

the worst is havin a twin brother who's over a foot taller- just looks so ridiculous- people don't even believe we're remotely related...

I wouldn't know about having cheaper bus fare. There are no discounts for children - they pay the same as adults.

This morning I use the bus to go to town (which is about 2 miles from my house) and had to spent £2.50 just to go there. £5.00 just the travel to town and back!!

It is cheaper to go from my house to cardiff by train - return is £1.50!

I'm gald I'm not the only one who thinks being short is annoying!
