Which is the best of these Top 10 World Landmarks?Watch
Machu Picchu is cool, but rather small and not as old as other landmarks.
Angkor Wat is fantastic, a surreal atmosphere and the fact the temple complex is built on a manmade island is just amazing.
Taj Mahal is something different, but in some ways it feels a little fake.
China's giant Buddha is literally as it says, huge.
Haven't seen any others, but probably Angkor Wat is the best on this list, or possibly Machu Picchu.
The world's best landmark of all however has to be Chichen Itza in Mexico.
The pyramids was a huge letdown as others have stated, and I won't continue on from there.
During my expedition in Cambodia, I visited the Temples of Angkor Wat last summer. It's beautiful and truly remarkable. Sunrise is a great experience but when I went it was too cloudy at the time but getting up that early is worth it. There's so much more around the Temples of Angkor and it was an amazing experience - I defiantly recommend it.
