Katie Hopkins says Miliband wife should be killed

What is wrong with this woman? Other people have pointed out that saying Justine Miliband should be gassed is particularly unpleasant given Ed Miliband's grandparents died at Auschwitz.

In all honesty, I don't think it's a coincidence that Katie Hopkins is on the right of the political spectrum. Conservatives seem to have adopted a kind of nastiness, an obsession with visceral personal attacks, over the last couple of years that has gone beyond all reason

She's a Tory supporter, in a Tory-supporting newspaper, and merely the extreme end of a tendency to make visceral personal attacks on Ed Miliband that has built up in the last two years unchecked by sensible Tories speaking out.

I secretly think she supports Labour.

I mean coming out and saying she'll leave the UK if Labour wins she'll surely know will only increase Labour's votes. I think ultimately she's just talent-less and only comes out with such controversial things (which i doubt she even believes) just to try and stay on TV.

I see no evidence at all that she is a Tory, and I doubt you have either. She stood as an independent candidate in a European election and for a notorious loud-mouth seems to have never revealed any party political affiliation.

The only reason you have assured us that she is a Tory is, like the ridiculous OP, to invoke prejudice against others with similar views which are different to yours. Quite obviously the opinions of one other Tory do nothing to make this convincing, but it must be said that your application of the article is totally disingenuous. The only 'defence' you could possibly say he makes is one that is implicitly everyone's defence in a civilised democracy where people have the right to be rude and uncivilised.
