URGENT: Studio in Liberty Quays Medway - DEPOSIT PAID FOR DON'T MISS OUT
Hi everyone,
I have booked a studio in Pharse Two Liberty Quays Medway but now want to cancel because my student finance no longer covers it. I have found a cheaper alternative, but can't confirmed before I have this sorted out, I am leaving the landlord hanging at the moment as it's very urgent! This is perfectly legal, I am not selling a room without Liberty Quay's concent!
It's a 42 weeks contract starting from 12 September, £159.50 per week or £6565.02 upfront. Bills, insurance, internet are all included. On site security, staff and maintainence 24/07. I was told, you can also pick your own room. I am willing to pay your £200 deposit so you won't lost your deposit and maybe earn £200 in the end if you keep your room the way it is when you move in.
