Yes, organisation and responsibility. I would make sure to include some team activities as well just to show you're not a bossy boots! :smile:

You certainly won't lose anything by mentioning it. Just make sure you comment on the skills you have gained from the activity and sick it in, the worst they can do is ignore it.

I put a short paragraph about myn on there and got into all 6 that I had applied to (LSE,Notts,Shef,Birm,York,Newc), so it can't of done any harm put it that way!

I case you were interested heres what I put about it

"Further to this, my present part-time employment as an FA Referee in Junior League football, has given me a position of leadership and influence, which I have enjoyed sharing with these young people. Working puts pressure on my time, therefore I have had to develop effective time-management skills to keep on top of my studies."

Btw how long you been ref'in??
