Hi! 
I'm starting a thread for students applying for accommodation in 2015. Applications open on the 8th so what does the process involve? Can anyone recommend the best places to stay? I've also heard that it's difficult to get a parking permit when you live on campus in first year. Hopefully there's a way around this?

Once the application opens, you'll need to select 4 choices from the accommodation available, and rank them in order of preference.
First year students are not allowed to apply for a parking permit if they live on campus.
