Any tips for bleeding gums?

Was careless with my hygeine for a year or so whilst i was travelling and partying and stuff...Then when i got home i noticed my teeth/gums would bleed when i brush them...Its been this way for like 2 years now lol..I notice the gums are receded so i think thats the issue....

I been consistently brushing them for a while now and they are defo clean but the gums must still be thin or whatever and bleed easy.

Should I use some special ingredients on my teeth or mouthwash

I never floss or any of that crap just brush with toothpaste
Use corsodyl and go to the dentist quick

You've probably got periodontitis. You can't really get rid of this from brushing etc. Its caused by build up of plaque and has to be removed by a hygienist. If you don't get this sorted it can get worse and lead to bone/tooth loss. Will take approximately 30 mins to do.
Go to the dentist but corsodyl seems to advertise that people with gum problems should use it. Heard it stains teeth though
