I'm stressing out so much because i feel more comfortable with Unit 1 than Unit 2, however i don't think i know enough for either unit.

I've tried craming down all the information but feel overwhelmed by the amount i need to know... Any tips ???

Get big bits of A3 paper and write your notes in a mindmap around it for each chapter, go through the spec, then do past papers and try and draw sections of the mind map again without looking to see how much information you know and retain, then on all the past paper questions you get wrong, or the parts of the mindmap you can't remember make additional notes on and look at mark schemes.

I do OCR AS Biology and I'm struggling with how much content there is but this technique has really helped me.

Do spec notes as this is what the questions will be asked from. After you consolidate your notes, try to learn them and then do past papers. Go over the stuff that you didnt do so well on again
