I personally believe it's not really about how many hours you do but how effective you are at understanding and retaining the information.

That does seem like a lot personally I am aiming for 2-4 hours of revision a day during the holidays. So I don't overload I think you should do an amount you feel you candela with in order to understand and remember the information. I would say 7 hours would be better for after the holidays. hope that helped.

I'm revising for my AS levels atm, I've been going around 4-6 hours a day, but sometimes up to 8/9. It doesnt really matter the amount of hours you do. If you feel confident with most things then only do like an hour or two a day to just consolidate everything and do past papers etc, if you think you know nothing and are panicking (like me lol) then do around 6 a day to make sure you understand everything

Do how many hours feel best for you. Can you cope with longer hours or do you need to split it up into smaller sessions in a day.

Revise for 24 hours and 1 second per day, just like Albert Einstein did

I do an hour a day per subject, after an hour i get bored and retain nothing. Its important to retain the knowledge, more so than trying to cram in 7 hours of work into your day.
