Best film school?

I want to study film, preferably in England (I'm from Northern Ireland) but I'd be open to other places. Ideally I'd like a more practical place rather than a course that focuses mainly on theory.

I've been looking at Kent university as they have a good film course but I'd like to hear other opinions. I've also been looking at Plymouth college of Arts.

Any other places you'd recommend?

SAE Institute is pretty good! they mainly focus of audio, Film etc and the duration of the course is 2 years!! and have 4 campuses!
Try Northern Fiilm School (Leeds Beckett University) They offer BA,MA and Phd.It has a single campus for film course.I am gonna apply there.
