There's more to distinguish than that, I believe.

English is not my first language and I didnt really take French. Does it matter?
Is it a constructive comment to this thread? Do you know their difference?

Oh bugger off and stop being so miserable; it's quite funny finding someone who doesn't know what 'pour homme' means.

I think people are misunderstanding what liptonlipton is getting at/trying to ask...

"YSL" is a top-end designer brand, whereas "YSL Pour Homme" is like a cheap replica (much like the very much loved "Burberry" print thats sold in markets all over the country)... Why else would it be sold in Sportsworld?

YSL Pour Homme does mean YSL For Men -but that term is usually associated to their fragrances than to clothing is it not?

I'm not entirely sure, but thats my take on it...

If you check out the Armani site they have a number of lines at various prices so that whatever your income you can wear Armani ?! I should think it is the same with YSL.

YSL is just a trade mark . Marchpole in the 1980s owned it or should I say purchased it for so many years @?£ .They produced clothing in third world countries under the name of YSL. They also produced high end clothing produced in Europe with the label YSL pour home.Hope this answers your question. By the way sports direct have purchased a lot of these licenses from various well known companies and now sell cloths that they produce as cheap as possible to sell in their own shops.if it was in Turkey you would call them fakes.
