The main parasympathetic neurotransmitter associated with smooth muscle function is noradrenaline, true or false?

Answer = TRUE and the main parasympathetic neurotransmitter would then be acetylcholine. The receptor that binds to the neurotransmitter determines if there is an increase or decrease in cytosolic calcium concentration which then results in contraction or relaxation of the muscle fibre.

I don't understand, when is noradrenaline ever considered to be a PARAsympathetic neurotransmitter? It's always been released due to sympathetic nerve stimulation?
