Transfer from a UK medical school to one abroad?

I was just wondering if anyone knows where it's possible to do say a year in a UK uni (5 year course) and then transfer to a medicine course abroad?
They accept international medical students who want to transfer at some Unis in Italy. I think it might be possible in Romania as well but I'm not 100% sure. But keep in mind that it's not possible to do the opposite: British medical students don't accept any transfers from other EU medical schools. So you might be able to transfer but then you couldn't possibly transfer back to the med school where you started. (This information is based on my personal experience and the experience of friends currently studying at EU medical schools)

Not sure why you'd want to?
You are potentially able to study 2 years in Southampton and then the final 3 years in Germany.
You have to travel back to Southampton for exams and there is obviously the language difference
