Which order should I revise?

I'm in year 10
This year I've got my additional science exams in May, I'm really confused to how I should be revising. My biology exam is first so should I revise that for a week first and then chemistry and physics for a week too. I worried though that by the time it's my biology exam I would have forgotten it all as I revised it 3 weeks ago. My exams are as following:
May 12th - Biology
May 14th - Chemistry
May 20th - Physics
Also these are my first GCSE exams ever, we were suppose to do our core last year but instead we're doing it this year but they're in June.

I'm in year 9 and I'm doing chemistry c1 c2 c3.
I personally do 25 mins on one section then a 5 minute break then go to the next section then carry on the cycle.
I don't think it would benefit you if you revise each subject each week cause you might forget some stuff.
