Related CIE A level Biology topics

Hey was hoping someone could please give me a list of how the biology As and A2 topics are related. e.g for A2 inherited change you need to understand As genetic control.
It'll also be a real life saver if anyone could post an analysis of the biology topics frequently asked or that have the highest marks according to past papers.
