A question about Harvard referencing

Hi there,

I'm in my 2nd year of Ba (Hons) Fine Art and I'm doing a research project, using Harvard referencing. I've been using books and guides online and I've started to get the hang of it... But I'm confused by something and wondering if anyone can help?

I'm referring to artworks in my essay and I've been told the in-text cite is like this:

Tea Blog (Harrison, 2006-08).

or if I've already mentioned the artist in the sentence:

Tea Blog (2006-08).

but if I'm using the name of the piece over and over again when comparing to other peoples work, do I need to keep citing it or should I just refer to it in italics after the first time?

Any help would be amazing.
Thanks!

Kassy
