! Audiology Salary!

Does anyone know how much a newly qualified audiologist woul earn, and how much it can go up to owning a private practice?

Start circa £21,500 at Band 5. But the NHS is losing much of its audiology work to the private sector, like Specsavers and Boots. Similar starting salaries. Sky is the limit if you have your own practice(s) and employ others to do the work for you. :smile:

I don't understand the band/salary system, does the salary go up with experience? If so, by how much? And how?
