Enthalpy Changes Question!

Morning everyone, I was wondering if someone can help with the below question? Thank you :smile:

Explain why enthalpy changes calculated from mean bond enthalpy data differ from those calculated using ∆Hc and ∆Hf data.

The mean bond enthalpies quoted in the data are based on average values for that particular bond and the value varies depending on the molecule and even within the same molecule too

I don't know what the mark scheme wants though.
