ALDI Area Manager Graduate Scheme
Hi All,
I have recently Graduated, and applied for the ALDI area manager graduate scheme. Has anyone else applied or currently in that role who can shed light on the recruitment process and the job in general, after training do you enter the 40% tax bracket ? are there any stings attached to getting the Audi car and is it new or used ? How long does it take for you to be invited to do a video interview and the assessment. I know its a bit much guys. Im not sure what path to take and want to ensure of i do take this path (ALDI), thatI make an informed decisions and stay with them long enough to climb the heirachy achy as the firm grows.
