Also There's Very Little advertising. And a very diverse product mix however unlike Walkers Shortbread non of Smartco's products are closely related

All possible questions are to be posted with subject titles

Not for the mock exam but we've worked on a few throughout the year, within MPO i think.

Our group leader has a few suggestions for topics we may want to brush up on...

strengths and weaknesses
Marketing Mix
Product Diversification
Organisational structure
mission statement
international expansion
stakeholders
ratios
international partnership agreements
acquisition of smaller retailers
income elasticity
demand and supply
government policy
decline of turnover and profit

there's only one ratio that can be calculated which is gross profit margin = gp/sales .

Not wrapped my head around how to link ratios into answers just yet haven't tried yet. But calculated the GPM for each continent

Doing this exam in 2 weeks time... Any advice to give for it, what kind of questions are likely to come up? What topics are best to cover, thinking of not doing any MPO, as the marker is very strict and a very broad subject.
