AUB (Bournemouth Arts Uni) Commercial Photography

Hey Guys,

I'm starting at AUB this September after having a 2 year gap, doing Commercial photography. Just wondering who else is on the same course and what people are doing for housing (halls or private)

I have heard Bournmouth Uni is good for anyone interested in Animation or Interative Media Arts courses. They have very good contact in Film, TV and Broadcasting businesses which is a huge advantage for work opportunities, esoecially during 3rd year of a Degree
When looking at a Degree course, my furst question is, does the Uni have strong links to a business or institution in associated subject area.

You’re confusing Arts University Bournemouth (home of Bournemouth Film School where most courses are industry accredited and the forum that you’re posting in) with Bournemouth University (a multi subject university with lots of business, sports and healthcare students as well as a very computer heavy animation course with a great reputation and some unacceedited film/vfx courses that started in the last few years)

No I am not. That institutional name University is in both titles whether it is Arts University Bournemouth or Bournemouth University. My point was there are good links to industry in subjects, I mentioned. And, Commercial Photography can be chosen as a specialist route on some Animation Degrees which is a very diverse subject in Film, TV and Video.
