In what sense? The mod team isn't selected with the intention of being representatives of the userbase at large, so the question isn't relevant.

The mods shouldn't represent the views of the community, they should be impartial and objective. That being said, there tends to be a left-leaning bias amongst them (although I find the best mods are the ones whose political/religious/social opinions aren't obvious).

Not me personally but I don't like the mod team. They are left leaning socialists and green party supporters which don't represent the voting intention on this forum.

We aren't chosen to represent each members individual political view, nor the overall spread.

To my knowledge, no mod has ever made a thread about penis size, feminazis, Israel is horrible, Islam is horrible, anal, penis size, the homosexual conspiracy, etc.

So the mods don't represent the views of the TSR community.

This accusation has been made since the very start of the forum. When I was a Debate and Discussion mod, we had UniOfLife, Bismarck, Howard and, to some extent, Agent Smith who represented right-wing views (though I hesitate with Agent Smith). Socrates, granted, was rather more left-wing.

I would agree that the current crop seem somewhat more left-wing than the right-wing crop in the past.

I think that's inevitable if you're wanting to choose people who actually participate in that forum. So long as they moderate impartially, then who cares?

And even if they don't, who cares? You are still granted a large degree of freedom to debate whatever the hell you want (the rules and history of that forum ensure that to a large degree). Let's not overstate the problem. If it comes to it, you can scribble on someone else's private website instead (though I agree it would be preferable to be able to scribble on here... which I reckon you already can. Hey ho).
