I watched all the last series but I haven't had a chance to get into this one (damn sunday night partying). I will catch up on it when BBC2 replay all the episodes in a couple of weeks. It will be an all-nighter but with Elisha Cuthbert to keep me awake, I should manage it.

If you haven't watched the first 17 'hours' of the programme, you won't have a clue about whats going off in the 18th. The plot has thickened so much since 8 AM.

My mate keeps me updated but I try not to get into it because I am just gonna watch them all in one foul swoop. I figure I will be like some sort of zombie by the end of it, but it should take my mind off my exam results for at least ohhh.......23hours (assuming they replay all the episodes before the finale again).

Done it before with the Sopranos, it's uber fun

And yeah I have 24 on DVD (first series) I'm eagerly awaiting the second to come on DVD due to missing it on TV, ho hum.
i am trying to get into the program but do not have a clue what is going on, can anyone give me an outline of what the series is about?

You're a little late, the programme has been going on from 8 AM, and on BBC 2 we're now up to 2 AM ! You only have 6 hours left.

However; episodes 14-18 (9 PM - 2 AM) will be repeated on BBC 2 on Saturday 5th July from 11.20 PM till about 3.10 AM. This will give you a good insight into the most recent plot line.

If you want to catch up on what has happened up until that point:

And then obviously, it's episode 19, 2 AM - 3 PM, on Sunday 6th July, at 10 PM.
its the best show ever and its about 200000000x better than the 2nd best show ever, thats how good it is
whats the 2nd best show ever then???

Erm NOPE, he certainly wasn't at 2 AM. George Mason is dead, he was on the plane when the Nuke exploded. Jack bailed, he was meant to go down with the plane but then Mason appeared - Mason was due to die anyway, he was exposed to radiation (plutonium i think) early in the "day".

fawlty towers is hilarious!

The best bit being where Basil does his adolf hitler impression and his legs come up to about his head when he walks! This is what classic TV is all about!

Has anybody ever seen the attempted version by the Americans? Omg, I've never seen anything so bad. It was nothing like our fawlty towers.

Regards,
