What's the chance the Student Finance to be declined for EU students?

Hello there,

First, sorry if there's a similar thread in this section, but I really could not find a topic relevant to my situation.
Basically, last week I applied for my student finance as an EU student, and I was wondering is there a chance for my application to be declined?
I normally live in the UK, but I relocated here only an year ago, so I won't match the requirement to have lived in the UK for more than 3 years before the beginning of the course to be approved for the tuition loan.
If anyone has experience, please share, it will be much appreciated as I am freaking out a little bit here.

As an EU student, you must be resident in the EU/EEA for the three years prior to the start of your course to be eligible for a tuition fee loan.
