Revision in a week?

I have got gcse exams in one week, my bio, chem, maths, english lit and physics and im trying to revise, trust me i revised it all 4 weeks ago, 8 weeks ago etc etc, i revise all the time, but i forget it, now come prior to my exams i need advice to make it stick and a way to get it all to into my brain before my exams on the 12th, 13th,14th,,18th, and 20th an 22nd, then ive got a week off to revise for my next 6 but before anyone says, ive already got a revision timetable but ii need some advice to absorb the info, any help?

Have you tried flash cards, summary posters, past papers, these all worked for me! I also recommend teaching other people (your parents/siblings/friends) the content you have to learn, as this helps you remember it, and if you can teach it, it proves that you have understood it!
