Hey guys,
I was wondering how anyone would revise for Paper 6 (Alternative to Practical) for all sciences (Biology, Chemistry and Physics), other than doing past year papers.
It'll be really helpful if any of you could leave some tips and advice.
Thanks

Hi
From past papers I've worked out a general trend of things that keep coming up, so here they are
For Biology, revise FOOD TESTS, Classification (and describing differences), specialist cells and magnification. Those topics keep coming up every year and classification is quite a broad topic
For chemistry, revise CATIONS and ANIONS tests, they always come up. As well, IGCSE have special ways of naming apparatus, learn them. As well, how to set up tests (salt tests are useful to know).
For Physics, you don't even need to know the equations (they state it in the question) so just learn graphs and precautions etc.
Hope this helped
