Rules on perpetuities, and private purpose trusts

As I understand it, while trusts of imperfect obligations by the Re Endacott exceptions fall under 21 years + common law lives in being, the bare trusts from a successful Re Denley; Re Recher’s style construction benefits from the 2009 Act’s extended period of 125 years as well as the class closing rule/wait-and-see rule.

Is this correct?
