Finished covering content, really struggling with past papers

Hello, I've finished revising all the content for Bio Unit 4 and Unit 5, and while I understand it all and it's fairly straight-forward to follow and remember, I have been really struggling to get good marks in the past papers. My teachers don't help very much, so how can I improve my exam technique and past paper revision to get top marks?
Practice practice practice! Make sure to mark carefully and always read the examiners report on the exam.

I seem to really struggle with the exam and data handling questions, how do I improve these. Like I can never remember what I need in terms of application of knowledge for the 'explain' questions, and think outside the box.
