Discuss the constitutional implications reforming the House of Lords?
What does this question mean? Do I just talk about the reforms and the proposals to reform it? What's the definition of 'Constitutional implications' as well. Thanks

What implications - in other words, what impact - would reforms to the House of Lords have in a constitutional sense.

You would speak about the different proposals and what impact they would have constitutionally.

So, for example, some might argue that we should have a Senate of the Regions and Nations (Labour) what exactly does that reform entail, how would it differ from the current HOL in composition, powers and status, and what would be the impact of this on the overall constitutional balance in the UK.
