chemistry edexcel unit 3

Hey guys. Got chem IAL Unit 3b in about 4 hrs.
Feeling pretty comfortable coz ive done quite a lot of past paper 3b's. How about u guys?
Do we need to know the conditions for cracking alkanes? and sodium hydroxide + group 1/2 element precipitates? I got the sulfate test but not sure about this???

Yeah! Better know them so you are confident enough.
