Help with simple question! (Moles in gases)

Hey guys, I can't seem to figure these types of questions out, could someone please tell me how to get 600? Thanks in advance.

If 20% decomposes, 80% of 500 remains, i.e. 400 cm3 of NH3.

2 mol of NH3 turns into 4 mol of gases (1 of N2 and 3 of H2). Since 1 mol of any gas occupies 24 dm3 (at RTP) then 100 cm3 (2 x 50 cm3) of NH3 will convert into 200 cm3 of gases (4 x 50 cm3 of N2 and H2).

400 + 200 = 600 i.e. C.
