    I booked accommodation yesterday in The Maltings and during the booking process it said I'll have 48 hours from receiving an email confirming to do something or my booking would be cancelled. Only problem is I forgot what the something is and I've got an email but that has no warning or reminder in it. It might have been the booking fee which I've paid but I think it said I'd need to do something else.

    I'm not sure if my booking is completed or if I still have something else to do so any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    I think the best thing you should do is to call the student accommodation service. http://www.ntu.ac.uk/study_with_us/a..._us/index.html They should be able to give you specific guidelines towards completing your booking successfully.. Cheers dear..
