Will you be applying this September? There's still plenty of time to turn it all round. Just don't revise till late at night so you're not too tired to get up in the mornings. Your application doesn't include your attendance but your referee may mention it in your reference. But as long as you have a dedicated attitude and you achieve the grades then this may compensate for it.

Medical students have a lot of lectures, practicals etc. If you don't attend you may well get kicked out.

I will obviously try to change this bad habit by then , but like could the university possibly not give me offer because of it ?

Are you applying next year? If so, your lecturers may very well mention your time-keeping in your reference. It probably depends on individual medical schools as to how they would view constant lateness, but medicine is very competitive, and a generally poor reference will certainly harm your chances of getting a place.

I would try to change your bad habit as soon as you can, because the sooner you improve, the more positive your reference is likely to be.
