Student finance didn't ask for my parent income at all!

I'm doing an NHS so I don't get any tuition loan from them which is fine. But they've already sent me a letter telling me how much maintenance loans I'm getting. They didn't ask for my parents income details or anything else! Did I do something wrong??

NHS students will get a reduced rate of maintenance loan from us only, and this will not be based on parental income.
