So I was looking into the accommodation at the University of Stirling and I came this: http://www.studentaccommodation.stir...ical-equip.pdf

It looks like electrical items that are more than a year old need to be PAT tested before they can be brought into accommodation.
Will this actually be checked or enforced? I imagine it being quite a hassle to come up with a list of every single electrical item I plan to bring and then pay someone to test them.
For people staying in accommodation, were you aware of this and do you plan to actually do it?

I never PAT tested mine. Just buy the stickers and and sign a random name on it. They never checked mine.
