I suffer from paranoia and lately have been relapsing. Over the last month I have been ok and haven't stressed out but today I feel worse. What can I do to relax? Any help would be appreciated!!

If I think someone is watching me or walking behind me ect, the easiest thing is to clench your fists and hold onto the straps of your bag, if you feel like something will hurt you, feeling like you can hurt it makes it better. Keys are effective weapons without them being illegal. Just feeling like if something happens you can hurt whatever it is makes it better for me.

Sometimes paranoia isn't just a mental thing, if you feel like it isn't a mental thing you should go and talk to a professional as online people won't make it better.

If it is a mental thing, you do have control of your mind even if you don't think so, if something stresses you feel free to message me or something.
