New here so pardon if I'm posting this in the wrong section or something..

Basically I'm currently taking four A level subjects, three of which I'm pretty certain I'll be continuing next year (Maths, History and Biology). The fourth is Geography, which I was always planning to drop anyway, but I've also been told by several year 13s at my school that the A2 course isn't very well taught since the guy who used to teach A2 left, and I like my other subjects much better anyway, so I'm now pretty much 100% sure I'm dropping that next year.

However my school discourages dropping subjects in the six weeks between exams and the end of year 12 as we don't know if we've completely failed anything yet, but I can if I want.

Should I drop Geography straight away or not? There's literally no point learning the A2 stuff as I'll end up dropping it anyway, but as I said my school discourages this..
